1. Acceptance of Terms  By using mikescardsshop.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products  Mike's Card Shop sells trading cards, sealed hobby products, and sports memorabilia. Product photos are representative; minor variations may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Sealed Product Disclaimer  Sealed trading card boxes and packs contain randomized contents. Mike's Card Shop does not guarantee specific cards, players, autographs, relics, or "hits" inside any sealed product. No refunds or exchanges will be issued based on the contents pulled from opened sealed product.

4. Raw Card Grading Disclaimer  Ungraded (raw) cards are sold "as is." We do not guarantee any specific grade from third-party grading companies (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.).

5. Orders & Payment  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with suspected fraud or pricing errors. All payments are processed securely.

6. Shipping & Returns  Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability  Mike's Card Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
