Authenticity Guarantee
All products sold by Mike's Card Shop are 100% authentic and sourced directly from licensed distributors and reputable suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or reproduced cards.

Manufacturer Defects
- If you receive a sealed product with a visible manufacturing defect (damaged box, collation error, missing promised content such as an autograph or relic guaranteed by the manufacturer), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at contact@mikescardsshop.shop.
- We will assist you with the manufacturer's replacement program (Topps and Panini both offer direct customer replacement services) or offer a replacement/refund at our discretion.
- Once a sealed product is opened, defect claims related to card condition or contents are handled by the manufacturer, not the store.

No Warranty on Sealed Product Contents
Sealed boxes and packs contain randomized contents. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the value or contents of any sealed product.
