CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, or anytime before the order ships.
- To cancel, email contact@mikescardsshop.shop with your order number as soon as possible. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so prompt cancellation requests are essential.

After Shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or use our 90-day Return Policy once the package arrives.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders
- Pre-ordered or specially ordered items may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.
